I've been selling homes over 34 years and have my real estate broker's license

I have strong negotiating skills and have experienced many different real estate cycles. My clients are always amazed how easily they can reach me. I know that buying a home is one of the most important and emotional steps you will go through during your life and therefore the agent you work with should keep you as their top priority and be there for you. I am customer centric and many of my clients have become long term friends. You want to feel that you connect with your agent and that you trust and know that they have your best interest at heart always!

I lived in Woodland Hills in the San Fernando Valley since 1988 and sold homes throughout the valley including Sherman Oaks, Lake Balboa, Woodland Hills, West Hills, Northridge and even Valencia to Thousand Oaks. I continue to have a strong client ties in the valley.

I now live in Manhattan Beach in the South Bay and have lived here for the past 13 years. I sell homes in the South Bay and the surrounding neighborhoods including Manhattan Beach, Hermosa & Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Westchester, Torrance, Rancho Palos Verdes, San Pedro, Carson, Hawthorne, Gardena, Lakewood, Lomita and Long Beach

I am also active and have helped many, many Military Veterans find their dream homes.

I mostly sell residential homes, however I do also sell multi-unit properties, bank-owned/foreclosures and short sales.
